How much does a session cost and how can I pay?

Session rates are $220/hour for registered psychologists and $200/hour for registered provisional psychologists. For more information about flat-rate psychological and psychoeducational assessment fees, click here.

Payment can be made through e-transfer, credit card, or cash. We are generally not able to offer direct billing at this time, so please check with your insurance provider to ensure you have coverage.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

It’s essential to feel like your psychologist is a good fit for you and your family, and this includes personal and professional factors. We offer a free 15-minute consultation so that you can get a better idea of who we are and how we practice and so that we can also make sure that we’ll be helpful to you! When you’re ready, you can contact us to find a time that works for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that your time is reserved specifically for you, and to account for the preparation time ahead of each session, we do require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations, barring any emergency or health concerns. If you do not give at least 24 hours notice, or if you are a no-show for our session, you may be charged at the full hourly rate.

Do you see adults?

We do! Our primary specialization is with children and youth, but if it feels like a good fit, we absolutely accept adult clients as well.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes we do offer virtual sessions through a secure practice management system. If this is something you’re interested in, feel free to contact us.
