Individual Counselling

During our time together, our hope is to provide a warm, safe, and supportive experience to those who are seeking growth and more meaningful engagement in their lives. We believe that we all have a natural desire for authenticity and healthy functioning and that this is gained through a deeper understanding of our lived experiences and a commitment to values-aligned action.

Individual counselling is helpful for children, teens, and adults to address a number of areas including difficulties with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, interpersonal issues, trauma, phobias, and attachment disruptions.

In addition to a client-centered talk approach, we pull from trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT, in addition to integrating Internal Family Systems, ACT and values-oriented interventions. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and can be scheduled virtually and in-person. T
